Members must not use APC spaces, events, or materials for political influence, advocacy, or representation.

2. Integrity

Members engage with honesty, professionalism, and responsibility.

Information shared must be credible and used ethically.

3. Respectful Engagement

APC is a space for constructive, inclusive, and culturally sensitive exchange.

Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior is not tolerated.

4. Confidentiality

Members treat sensitive information shared within APC responsibly.

Confidentiality is expected when discussions involve personal, professional, or contextual sensitivity.

5. Responsible Use of APC’s Name

Members may speak for themselves, but may not speak or act in APC’s name unless they have prior authorization.

6. Safety and Digital Conduct

Members contribute to safe engagement, both online and in events.

Digital spaces must be used responsibly, respectfully, and without causing harm.
